mp3 cleaning software

was wondering if there was some kind of programme out there that enables you to remove small parts of mp3 files.

i have an mp3 file someone sent to me, and i'd like to take all the jumps out of it.

is this possible?

Hi, I'd say that using any kind of editor like GoldWave for instance would do the trick
